Specification
As usual I’m using our testing motherboard – ASUS Maximus V Gene, to check if memory profiles are working correct. As we see below there are two XMP profiles what is quite common for Kingston HyperX memory.
XMP #1 was programmed for DDR3-2400 11-13-13 1.65V settings while XMP #2 has lower clock of DDR3-2133 11-13-13 at 1.60V.
Our testing sample includes two 8GB sticks what in total gives us 16GB memory kit.

Package
HyperX Beast memory has been packed exactly the same as previously reviewed Predator series. Also the same as in Predator memory, label includes basic information with product number, series and country of production.
A Closer Look
Inside the box also without surprises. We can find two memory sticks, warranty and short installation manual.
Notable changes have been made in PCB color which in this case is black. Black heatsinks and black PCB , just perfect match. Good change expecially for high end memory series.
Memory looks simply great but how does it perform ? Let’s move to our tests and comparison page …
