The Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4-3000 CL15 memory kit is clearly one of the best options on the market if we wish to buy fast DDR4 memory for our new Intel X99 platofrm. In all of our tests, the Predator kit was performing really good and as I already mentioned in the article, I wish to see how other DDR4-3000 kits stand next to Kingston. I hope that we will get more DDR4 kits in the near future and we will show a closer comparison.
Right now we can focus on the Kingston HyperX Predator which has great performance and also great looks. The dark color theme gives an aggressive and also somehow a mysterious look which should be good option for computer modders. Personally I like how Kingston moved away from the blue/black heatsinks with a green PCB to the much better looking gray/black with black PCB.
A couple of times in the review I mentioned that the HyperX Predator DDR4-3000 price. We can find this memory for about $350 which is not low for a desktop memory but considering how high prices have competition then it is a great offer for a DDR4-3000 kit. Most DDR4 kits at lower clocks like DDR4-2400 or 2666 usually cost the same or more.
We had also no compatibility issues and both XMP profiles were working like they should. In the case of any problems Kingston is offering support and a lifetime warranty. Of course we hope you will not need to use it.

If you are looking for a fast DDR4-3000 memory kit at a reasonable price to balance the already high price of the Intel X99 platform then the HyperX Predator 16GB DDR4-3000 C15 kit is memory for you. It is hard to find a better offer on the current market. The Predator memory performs great, looks great and overclocks high so it is not a surprise that it is recommended by us and has received the Funky Kit Recommended Award!
