Patriot Viper Elite 5 DDR5-6200 memory kit has two XMP and EXPO profiles. Two types of profiles give us full compatibility with AMD and Intel motherboards. The primary timings of our memory kit are surprisingly relaxed. The main profile is rated at DDR5-6200 CL42-46-46-86 1.35V, while the secondary one is rated at DDR5-6000 CL42-42-42-82 1.35V.
The memory kit uses Hynix IC and Richtek PMIC, the most popular combo, fully supported by all leading motherboard brands. I’m sure that the programmed profiles could use tighter timings, but I will tell you about it later.
Below is a whole timings list that reads ASUS Mem TweakIt software and also a 3-hour stability test in AIDA64.
The tested memory kit has no problems with stability or compatibility on ASUS, ASRock, and Gigabyte motherboards with AMD X670E, AMD B650E, and Intel Z790 chipsets. We actually tested it on three different test platforms with three different motherboards and processors.
So far, so good. Now, let’s take a look at the product itself.
