Viper Gaming has teamed up with ASUS’ TUF Gaming, to produce the Viper Elite 5 TUF Gaming Alliance RGB DDR5 memory. So in today’s review, we’ll be taking a look at the DDR5-6600 48GB kit version of this memory.
It supports both XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO profiles, are rated to run at a speed of DDR5-6600 at 1.4v, with a fairly low CAS latency of 34-40-40-84.
It uses high-quality SK Hynix memory ICs, which have been specially selected and screened for enhanced overclocking capabilities.
The memory modules come with a unique matte white heatshield and incorporates a distinctive design inspired by high-speed trains. They’re created from high-quality aluminum parts and 100% hand-tested for quality assurance.
The RGB lightbar allows for endless customization options via their exclusive Viper RGB Sync App, or you can easily pair the lighting effects with other RGB eco-systems such as Asus Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion or ASRock’s Polychrome Sync.
With On-die ECC, the Viper Elite 5 TUF Gaming Aliance DDR5 can correct and detect single-bit and multi-bit errors, ensuring data integrity, data accuracy and system reliability. It also also features an integrated high-quality PMIC for higher speed operation with lower voltage and less heat generated.
