The same as the previously tested Viper Steel Low Latency DDR4-3600 CL14, also the DDR4-4000 CL16 kit uses Samsung B-die IC. Only these memory chips are good enough to be used in low latency memory kits. This is also the reason why Samsung B-based kits cost more than everything that uses other IC.
The memory kit runs well on Intel Z590, Z690, and also on AMD B550 and X570 chipsets. However, it’s not a rule, as some cheaper motherboards can have problems with DDR4-4000+ or the XMP profile.
Below you can see a stability test performed in AIDA64. Both recently tested ASRock motherboards, so the Extreme and Riptide work without issues at DDR4-4000 with the XMP profile. In both cases, it was possible to set Gear 1 mode.
