Packaging
On the front of the box you’ll notice a picture of your new keyboard with the features and specs laid out on the back. Inside you have your keyboard, lower palm rest with a removable magnetic add-on, user manual, and Cougar decals. The 500k uses a plastic chassis while the lower palm rest is made of a hard plastic. The palm rest also has a rubber piece that is held onto the main piece by magnets. Both pieces are detachable which is nice if you have bigger hands.
