The over all size of the 500k is pretty standard. The dimensions measures 487x230x40mm and weighs 0.9kg. The pivotal feet makes for a very comfortable incline. They are wrapped with non-slip rubber, improving how it anchors to any surface. In addition the keyboard has 2 more non-slip rubber mounts and the palm rest also has 2 rubber feet, accounting for a grand total of 6! No matter the game, you will not lose on account of your keyboard sliding around on you. On the top left side there is a USB pass through which makes for easy access. The keyboard model has 6 G-keys, 5 on the left side and a split space bar. All the keys can be set to any function you would like.
Unlike most other membranes, the key placement has just the right amount of spacing between the keys, which makes them easy to clean. Some of the other special features this model is equipped with is the profile mode switch. This will come in handy for the many styles of game play you contain in your arsenal. The keyboard keys are lit up with an orange/amber tint and has a full key back light with a 5 step brightness. Lastly, the 500k is more than a gaming keyboard. Even for the non-gaming, normal, house wife, it has a few perks. The 500k comes with a windows lock key, which, if you have any children, can come in handy and important to have. The keyboard model has your typical multimedia keys, or hot keys, that are handy because they allow for easy access to your most often used programs.
