Conclusion and Verdict
COUGAR has made the original even better than what it was with the 700K EVO Gaming Keyboard. The comfort is improved with the wrist rest, the lighting is now one of the best and most desired featured added to the 700K EVO. The lights are fantastic and the software worked very well customizing everything. The blacked out look is nice but I do miss the silver brushed aluminum look that was offered on the old version. The performance is very similar to what we would expect from Cherry MX switches. No complaints from any area on this keyboard!
The design is very comfortable, which is extremely important for those extra-long gaming tournaments and sessions and we finally have RGB!

Not very often can you take and original and make it that so much better that we forget about can you? Well the 700K EVO may have just done that! Everything we wanted from the original is now on the EVO and we couldn’t be anymore happy! Taking something that was already great and improving on that, will definitely get you the Editors Choice Award!
