Conclusion and Verdict
I can see why this keyboard would make some headlines. You get a very durable and well constructed device. No feature on this keyboard goes to waste. You will find your self using the multimedia keys and scroll wheel at every turn. Nothing is over done and you wont be paying for things you would never use.
Well lets start off by diving into the switches. The white switches are also very audible. I will do my best in explaining what I experienced. I personally prefer the white over the blue. Both have the noticeable click but the white switch has a deeper tone of a click, while the blue is a lighter, higher pitched sound. Its hard to explain but the white switches have a better press in my opinion. You will notice that the amount of resistance is just a little less than blue switches. It is going to come down to your sound preference. Do you prefer a high clicky sound or a lower tone click. If you prefer a lower tone then the white switch may be the one you want.
So lets cover a few of the features that make this keyboard stand out. No matter the switch type. The box switches offer IP56 dust and water ratings. To further explain: the IP56 rating will protect the keys from dust that could interfere with the normal operation of the product but not fully dust tight. Complete protection against solid objects. And Protection assured against powerful water jets projected by a nozzle from any angle. So rest assured you keyboard is safe if you accidently spill a drink or neglect the dust maintenance.
You get your typical scroll wheel and multimedia keys. Then when paired with the software you can set macros as you see fit. Speaking of the software, it was clean and simple to use. No confusing aspects or a ton of pages to scroll through to get to your desired function.
Lastly, this keyboard has an included wrist rest that is firmly held into place with pretty powerful magnets.
The RGB on this keyboard is also worth noting. The RGB is consistent and very vibrant. And customizable through the software.
