Today, we’ll be taking a quick look at the Razer Huntsman Elite Opto-Mechanical Gaming Keyboard.
Hi everyone, I’ve wondered if you’ve ever used a RAZER products before? Even if you haven’t, everyone should have at least heard of the brand. Razer is synonymous for designing and creating high-end peripheral accessories for the gaming market. They are also one of the first to fully sponsor several professional e-sports teams. Their fluorescent green logo is very distinctive and their brand has strong e-sports following.
Let’s continue with the review … I will quickly test the Huntsman Elite opto-mechanical keyboard from Razer. The keyboard comes with Razer’s special optical switches, that uses a light sensor inside the switch, which triggers a faster response. The switch actuates at a distance of 1.5 mm, which is 30% shorter than other clicky mechanical switches. The trigger strength (actuation force) is only 45g. You can also press up to 10 consecutive keys at the same time (roll-over with anti-ghosting), and guaranteed up to 100 million key presses. In terms of lighting effects, the keyboard is equipped with a strip of LED light on all four edges and the buttons are equipped with 38 custom lighting areas. Various lighting effects can be customized through Razer Synapse software, and the keyboard can be fully customized and programmable. Key macro, change the keys on the keyboard at will. The keyboard is equipped with multimedia keys to quickly adjust the volume, access and switch music, etc.
I would like to say thanks to Razer for providing the Huntsman Elite Opto-Mechanical Gaming Keyboard for us to review. Here’s a little blurb about Razer …
