A Closer Look
Now that we have gotten the greetings and salutations out of the way let us now turn to the expectant first few minutes with our new prize.
The box art is really quite top-notch. I mean what more could you ask for? Lightning, purple glow and a Deceptacon-ish mask. It is quite eye-catching.
And here is an added bonus I know that you will enjoy: should the need arise to take your hardware with you, whether it is on a business trip (and by that I mean a LAN party) or you want something extra special to plug into your tablet or laptop, the industrial design gang at Tesoro have included a tote grip for on-the-go gaming and typing.
Next to actually plugging in and using the device, I think this is most everyone’s favorite part of buying hardware; The Grand Unboxing!
I personally greatly enjoy boxes that let you see from the outside what is on the inside so you get a general idea of what to expect. One little detail before we leave. The keyboard does include a little quick-start guide, however, this is probably the first keyboard I have ever used that came with the instructions already printed on the side.
Yes, every default combination is clearly labeled for your convenience; so if you have ever needed a good excuse to keep the box I cannot think of a better one than this. Now for that other bit of hardware…
Ah, there we go. We cannot forget about the gamepad. More on that and the above on the next page.
