Final thoughts and Conclusion
Overall I really like this mouse and think it’s great for the MSRP OF $39.95 but better yet I could regularly find it for less from other retellers so either way you’re getting an extremely well made and great looking mouse with a few extras normally only seen in higher-end mice like a braided cable and extremely high max DIP.
It also performs nearly identical to more expensive mice in games and is decently accurate in most cases during gameplay.
But it isn’t perfect I personally was frustrated with the lack of instruction on how to change the side buttons and it was only from my own searching and a third-party application that I was able to get them working.
Also there is virtually no customization available in this mouse. You’re stuck with the pre-chosen DPI settings wich do go impressively high but not quite low enough to be perfect in some instances where you need the accuracy of a low DPI.
With the lack of customizability in mind you also can’t change the lighting at all, and while the lighting does look good as is I would have loved to be able to change the color or animations.
With these things in mind, I give the X2 Harada mouse an overall score of 4/5 for being overall great with a couple of shortcomings. Even with the negatives in mind, you’ll still love this mouse and the great value it brings.
