ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming X Motherboard Review

Verdict and Conclusion

The general consensus is that the Ryzen 3000 series, especially the 3700X as well as the 3800X is beating Intel’s flasghip processor, the Core i9-9900K. Well, this maybe partly true in some tests, but I wouldn’t bet my life on it.  But one thing I do know … is that for the same performance or better, AMD’s Ryzen 7 3700X is hell of a lot cheaper than Intel’s Core i9-9900K.

We got some great scores in all of all benchmarks, including a Port Royal score of 6,494 and DLSS score of 43.59 fps. For 3DMark Timespy and Firestrike, we got scores of 10,709 and 21,637 respectively. Cinebench score was an impressive 1,825, and for PCMark 10 we got a high score of  6,199.

The ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming X motherboard coupled with the Ryzen 7 3700X, is one of the fastest AM4 setups I tested to date. What do you expect … the 3700X features 8 cores/16 threads with a massive 32MB of L3 cache, and has a low TDP of 65W.

Being the flagship motherboard in the Phantom Gaming lineup, this motherboard comes absolutely packed with some features that’s just too many to list. But believe me … if you’re a gaming enthusiast, power user or content creator, then look no further. Get yourself a Ryzen 3000 processor along with this motherboard, and it’ll probably be one of the best purchases you’ll make this year.
