Test Setup
For our tests, we will be using a test rig which is comprised of the ASRock Z790 PG Lightning WiFi motherboard, along with an Intel 14th Gen Core i9-14900K @default clock speed, as well as 32GB of Lexar ARES RGB DDR5-7200.
All tests were conducted at turbo clock speeds at a resolution of 1920×1080. High or Ultra settings enabled.

Load Temps
Using the the Thermaltake ThoughLiquid Ultra 360 AIO Cooler, the Core i9-14900K (with a max Turbo Boost TDP of 253W+) produced a full load temperature of 101-103 degrees Celsius, which is no surprise as we all know Intel chips run extremely hot. Not ideal, but the AIO seems to be handling it ok.
We highly recommend you use a decent 360 AIO Liquid cooler, if you do plan to upgrade to an Intel 14th Gen processor.
