The BIOS
EVGA uses their newest Full GUI BIOS for easy configuration and setup. From my experience, it’s really easy to navigate and use.
From the main BIOS page, we can see at a glance the current status of the system, including CPU clock speed, CPU multiplier, temperatures for VRM abd CPU, memory size and speed, as well as CPU and memory voltages.
There are plenty of options of overclocking including CPU multipliers, voltage adjustments, configuration for DDR4 RAM timings and XMP profiles.
Installation
I’ve always loved installing micro ATX and mini ITX motherboards. It’s something about them that makes it so attractive (for me anyway).
As you can see, I had no issues with installation. We mounted the EVGA CLC 280 Liquid AIO CPU cooler, with plenty of room around the CPU socket, as well as the DDR4 DIMM slots.
