BIOS/UEFI and SuperO Booster
BIOS/UEFI is a mix of well-known settings and options which we can find mostly on more advanced server motherboards. Actually, we won’t find so many options on most server motherboards. It works both ways. Enthusiasts and overclockers will find it really interesting as there are various options to tune the PC. On the other hand, less advanced users may feel lost as there are simply a lot of options.
To less advanced users or simply those who want to easily plug and play, I recommend EZ Mode. It’s starting window of the BIOS/UEFI. We can find here everything to run our PC, set basic options and enable XMP.

All who are expecting more should check advanced mode for many more settings.

BIOS Update
Presented screenshots were taken from 1.0a BIOS/UEFI. There is 1.0b available but it looks exactly the same. In our tests, the new version is improving overclocking potential while both versions are fully stable and support every available processor from Intel’s 9th generation.
SuperO Booster
SuperO Booster is a software which is just required because it has a couple of options not available in BIOS. It’s hard to believe there is something missing in BIOS considering how many options are there. The Luminous tab is not available what makes us use SuperO Booster. We can turn on and off the RGB lighting in BIOS but we won’t be able to manage all the modes.
Besides the Luminous tab, we can manage our PC in various ways. There are OC profiles, OC options for the CPU and RAM, thermal monitoring, fan profiles, and BIOS update. That last option gives us a chance to download new BIOS and update it in an easy way.
There is also one thing worth to mention. SuperO Booster can change the CPU and RAM options without the requirement of PC restart as we usually have to do on competitive software.
