NA-FC1 fan controller, NA-SAV3/NA-SAV4 anti-vibration mounts and NA-SAC5 power adaptor cable
The NA-FC1 is a compact, highly flexible controller for 4-pin PWM fans that can both work on its own for manual speed reduction and also work in tandem with the automatic motherboard fan control. By adjusting the NA-FC1’s speed control dial, users can either manually set a PWM duty cycle from 0 to 100% or reduce the PWM duty cycle supplied by PC motherboards in order to have the fans running slower than the automatic motherboard fan control would allow. While the brightness of the orange status LED provides visual feedback on the current dial setting, the push button allows the NA-FC1 to be switched into “no stop” mode, which prevents the fan from falling below a speed of 300rpm. Thanks to the supplied 3-way split cable and power supply adaptor, up to 3 fans can be controlled simultaneously.
Fan controller looks quite simple but it has couple of features which you won’t find in a typical fan controller this size. Below is list of features. The most interesting seems PWM control as I don’t remember any fan controller this size to offer that. Also “no stop” mode is something you won’t find in the competitive products. However you have to remember that “no stop” mode won’t work with fans that have minimum speed higher than 300 RPM. It simply prevents lower spinning fans from stopping ( or going below said 300 RPM what may cause them to stop spinning ).

Noctua is clearly sure of its products quality as even this small fan controller has six year warranty. Most competition won’t offer that for their top products.
One more thing worth to mention are additional cables and SATA power adaptor which let to run even higher power, industrial fans.
The NA-SAV3 and NA-SAV4 anti-vibration mounts are in the same small boxes with the small differences which are product name and numbers. Inside the box we will find the mounts and short user’s manual. That’s all we need to use this products and as we can expect, it’s used to hold the fans and reduce vibrations. Of course both versions work as it was designed. Used rubber is soft but seems durable so we can use mounts many times and they should last for long years.
The NA-SAC5 is a fully sleeved S-ATA to 4-pin power adaptor cable. It is compatible with both 3-pin and 4-pin fans and allows them to be powered directly from the power supply’s S-ATA connectors. Combined with the NA-SYC1 y-cables (available separately), it is ideal for powering multiple high-wattage fans without risking damage to the motherboard fan header.
I think this product doesn’t need long description. It’s used to connect fans directly to the power supply via SATA power connector. It’s especially handy when you want to connect more fans or industrial fans which can have problems on a typical motherboard fan headers.
Simple product but the same as all other Noctua products also NA-SAC5 is high quality and should last for a long time.
