Photos Part Three: Cables
The motherboard power cable is a 20+4 with a very well secured +4, I like that. That said if you actually need to get the +4 out of the way, good luck, the sleeving makes it hard. It has two connectors on the PSU end.
One 4+4P CPU power cable.
Three PCIe cables, each with two 6+2P connectors. That’s about right for an 850w PSU.
Three SATA cables, each with three SATA plugs. This is average, I’ve seen 700-800w PSUs with 12 though.
Two Molex cables, one with two Molex plugs and one FDD plug, one with just two Molex plugs. I’d like to see more Molex plugs, old as they may be I still use them and so do many cases for onboard fan controllers and such.
The power cable is nice and beefy, well more than enough for an 850w unit. We also get four black screws. That’s it for accessories though.
On to testing!
