All the cables are black and flat. All are also pretty long, between 500 and 700mm. They were even too long for a large ATX case such as DeepCool Morpheus (which will be reviewed in the upcoming weeks).
The 12VHPWR cables are 16-pin and are specified for 600W. One is a native cable with the same 16-pin connector on both sides. The second one uses 2x8pin PCIe connectors directly from the PSU. There were no problems with them during tests on various graphics cards.

The PX1300P PSU is a strong unit specified for a continuous 1300W load. It’s hard to find a desktop PC that will need such a strong PSU, but there are still users who build computers for other than gaming projects.
Since the PSU is fully compatible with ATX 3.0 standard, it also supports spikes up to 100% or more than the continuous load. The PSU itself is strong enough to handle a higher-than-designed continuous load, but of course, we are not recommending that.
In our tests, we had to overclock everything to pass 700W, and even with additional components, we were still quite far from 1000W without a second graphics card. On the other hand, when we buy a PSU with a higher wattage than we need, we can expect it to run quietly and deliver perfectly stable voltages for many years.
Deepcool offers a surprisingly extended 12-year warranty. It’s the longest warranty on the market, and the manufacturer must be sure about the quality of its products to provide such an extended warranty. No one wishes to generate costs with returns. There is only one “but”. It’s clearly said that the warranty doesn’t cover mining rigs. I have no idea how DeepCool can check that, but it sounds fair.

The PSU has a strong single +12V rail that is rated at nearly 1300W by itself. It’s the best choice in modern gaming computers as it delivers enough power and keeps everything stable for the most power-hungry components, such as top-series CPUs and graphics cards.

Even if we won’t use the full power, then the lower load guarantees us quiet work, and when the PSU fan doesn’t have to spin, then sucks less dust inside and keeps clean and in perfect condition for longer.
