Today we are going to introduce you to the GH300 from AOC. A while back we covered the GH200. We started with the GH200 and now we will cover the one considered a step up from that model, the GH300. The biggest question may be, what do I get that’s better than the cheaper model? Well as far as sound these two are almost and when it comes to the drivers and sound delivery, they really are almost identical. What we do get is a USB connection and the added RGB aspect. The drivers and basic design are the same, other than the red frame and stitching, they are definitely built on the same design concept. Which in by no means is wrong because I was impressed with the comfort and feel of the GH300. Now add a couple of subtle upgrades and a higher quality connection and we truly have an upgraded version of the GH200. I like the avenue explored by AOC with the red accent and RGB. It’s not over the top but just enough to make this headset stand out. So, let’s not delay this review any longer and find out exactly what it is we get from the GH300 Gaming headset from AOC AGON.
A large driver allows a richer sound with more intense and ultra-clear bass. A diameter of 50 mm is at the top of the spectrum, which means that you experience first-class sound quality. RGB lighting allows you to set your headphones in the desired color. The AOC Audio Center allows you to change the RGB effects with just one click to ensure your headset matches the rest of your gaming environment. The microphone picks up omnidirectionally, meaning it collects sound waves from all directions so you can always be heard. The sensitivity and frequency range are set to record only your voice with maximum clarity while ignore any background noise. The faux leather with memory foam padding ensures a comfortable fit for these headphones. They do not press even when worn for hours in a long gaming session. With the help of the integrated control panel on the cable of the headset, the mute function can be activated and disconnected with just one click. Right next to this button there is an option to conveniently turn the LED on and off.
