Verdict and Conclusion
With a name like Co’caine they have taken a big risk with these headphones.
They are bold and jump out there when it comes to looks, but I feel like they leave a bit to be desired for sound quality.
Comfort needs some work with these headphones. I get the feeling that they are for being mobile and using on the go, not for sitting around the house sipping on some pino noir and enjoying the finer notes .
If I could change something about these headphones I would make the ear pads cloth with more padding and add more padding to the headband.
Aside from that they are good headphones, but comfort can be a problem if you use them for more than an hour or so.
Availability with these headphones is very limited currently. They are only available in Germany from what I can find. The purchase price is right around 40-50 Euros depending on where you shop (about $52- 65 USD). For the price they offer solid quality and rival some “gaming” headphones that cost twice as much.
Final words.
Co’caine has made a name for itself with its brandname. Do the products back up such a bold name? I would say they do somewhat, but if they want to keep using a name like that, they need to step up the build quality and create a product that is simply addicting instead of a middle of the road product.
