Conclusion and Verdict
So when I reviewed the V2 I was floored when I found out they were only 30 dollars. And at my amazement the V3 is once again setting the bar on the price of sound. The V3 is 39.99 only 10 dollars more than the previous version. That is a very minimal price gain when you account for the increased driver size and Bluetooth function. The sound is definitely louder and the size of the speaker are slightly larger. The Bluetooth worked flawlessly and I paired several device and the process was quick and painless. No more than just pressing the Bluetooth button and finding the pairing the V3 to your device. The new and improved version is a great step in the right direction. Every iteration from the first Pebble has continued to improve the style and sound. Creative has found a successful speaker shape and sound combination and has stuck with that style. And for good reason these speakers sound, along with the V2, have a great sound. It is hard to imagine so much of a great sound from an affordable desktop speaker but the Pebble speakers have once again exceeded my expectations. I didn’t think I was going to be able to tell any differences from the V2. Then, when I turned up the volume I instantly heard the difference. The V3 has an overall larger sound and the deepness of the sound is also inherently greater thanks to slightly larger size of the drivers.
OK lastly, lets discuss connections. We now have Bluetooth! These are USB powered so you still need to utilize a the USB-C for the power. The power plug is a USB-C but Creative has included an USB-A converter for you use. Keep in mind you will need the USB-C power to be able to use the built in gain switch. You can also use the USB-C for audio if your device supports this function.

Final thoughts:
The Pebble V3 offers a good audio experience with great sound, and now the Pebble line of speakers has a Bluetooth capable speaker, at an affordable price tag. The Creative Pebble V3 will easily stand out against others in terms of sound and price.
