- Works with all Bluetooth-enabled devices: smart phones, tablets and most notebooks
- Lithium-ion rechargeable battery for up to 4 hours of wireless play – no need to buy batteries
- Available in 6 jamming colors: Apple (green), Apricot (orange), Blackberry (grey), Blueberry (blue), Grape (purple) and Strawberry (red)
- Product Dimensions: 2.5″ x 2.5″ x 2.5″
Yes, that really is it. At least for the Product Page (where you can buy them too, as a sidenote)
Admittedly, how much do you really need to know? I suppose the fact that it has a 3.5mm input jack for devices that lack Bluetooth. Maybe the 12 hour rated play time for said devices (Bluetooth: Not friendly to the battery!). The USB charging seems like something worth discussing as well.
Regardless, let’s check out the actual product! Here we have the packaging:
It’s not food, don’t eat it. It does say it’s scented though, so I could understand the confusion.
Scented! I sniffed it, it smelled like electronics and fire retardant plastic. Based on the smell, I wouldn’t eat it. It does look pretty cool though!
On the bottom of the lid we get the Bluetooth pairing code:
If you forget that, you have problems.
The accessories pack is a bit limited.
The user’s manual is really rather complete, I’m impressed. It beats most user manuals these days, really. The cable is a charging-only affair, no data pins. I plugged the Jam in with a data cable to see if it had anything to say, it does not.
