Conclusion and Verdict
Well the Verdict on these particular Headphones is…..In all my reviews I always keep my bias out of the way. I always look at what the company claims their product to be and see if it lives up or falls short. With the Philips TAPH805BK headphones I couldn’t find anything to be disappointed with. Everything they claim these headphone to be, works as expected or even better. In some case headphones can be hard to asses due to the fact that everyone has different preferences to style and size. They claimed these to be High-end and the price tag does reflect this statement. These are not cheap by any means. With that also being a factor of my Verdict I still was unable to discredit that price point. These Headphones sounded great! The ANC worked very well and I hardly noticed a fall in performance when it was active. I also thought the function to let in ambient noise was fantastic and the process to get there was easy. The touch functions didn’t seem to activate from a pillow or other stuff, just your hand. Something I always worry about especially with headphones I intend wear while doing activities. The comfort was perfectly fine, not to loose or too tight. Lastly they are very a very convenient to travel with. They fold up into a nicely into an included carrying case. I have broke a few of headphones in my day just because they sitting in the wrong spot and I forgot they were there. Being able to pack them into a nice carrying case would have been a life saver especially on those long road trips. All-in-all these are great set of headphones that meet the expectations I had for them!
