Closer Look and Package
Package as for most flash cards on the market is simple but good enough to protect card inside. We have all basic informations about product including declared speed, capacity and support contact.
Kingston gives lifetime warranty for SDHC cards as we can also see on the below photo.
Back of the package includes product number, country of manufacture ( which in this case is Taiwan ) and already mentioned support contact.
Card itself looks like any other SD card. Standard dimensions let it work in every SDHC compatible device.
There is also declared speed on the label which is up to 90 MB/s for read and 45 MB/s for write transfers.

Performance
All tests have been performed using Kingston MobileLite G3 USB 3.0 card reader. It’s necessary to use USB 3.0 card reader as most SD card readers that we can find in laptops are linked to USB 2.0 ports so maximum transfers won’t be higher than ~32MB/s.
ATTO Disk Benchmark
ATTO is a popular disk benchmark and one of the best tools measuring data transfers. It includes only sequential transfers but at least for SD cards these transfers are most important.
As we see maximum bandwidth is even higher than that declared by Kingston reaching over 91 MB/s read and 46 MB/s write.
Crystal Disk Mark 3.0.2 x64
Crystal Disk Mark besides sequential transfers is also testing random transfers.
Kingston’s card is again achieving over 90 MB/s read transfers while writes are slightly lower – 43.77 MB/s. It’s still really good result for a SDHC card.
Anvil’s Storage Benchmark
Anvil’s Storage Benchmark is testing everything but we can also check IOPS ( Input/Output Operations per Second ) and access time.
In this test results are slightly below declared 90/45 MB/s. It may change depends from used card reader or USB 3.0 controller that’s why manufacturer is declaring maximum speed which is never guaranteed constant speed.
Overall Kingston Ultimate SDHC card passed all tests without issues showing really good performance.
