Performance
The Lexar Professional 1000x 256GB card has been tested on an ASUS GL552VW laptop with the i5 6300HQ processor and Intel USB 3.0/3.1 controller.
First as usual is ATTO storage benchmark which is showing higher than expected bandwidth. Lexar is declaring up to 150MB/s transfers while we could reach 167MB/s. It’s a great result, especially that also write bandwidth is above 150MB/s and it’s not happening often. Regardless what video material are you recording, this card will handle it without issues.
About the same situation as in ATTO we can see in CrystalDiskMark. Both read and write bandwidth are passing declared values. Additionally random transfers are also high considering it’s “only” a SD card. Random bandwidth is not really important in this case but for sure it counts.
Lexar Professional 1000x is performing great even in Anvil’s Storage Utilities which is more demanding benchmark.
The Professional 1000x SDXC card is showing some exceptional numbers in benchmarks. It’s hard to measure performance in cameras or other devices but after our tests we can be sure that the Lexar Professional 1000x cards will meet our expectations everywhere we will use them.
