Team Group Delta MAX is specified to run at close to the maximum possible SATAIII bandwidth of about 560MB/s. As you can see in our tests, we could pass 565MB/s what is amazing for SATAIII SSD.

The SSD arrived in perfect condition and 0 GB written. To read the SMART report, we can use various diagnostic programs like the popular CrystalDiskInfo (below).

The software couldn’t read that, but the SSD is not getting hot. As with most SATA SSD, we can expect about 40°C during typical work.

Package and its Contents

In the package, we are receiving the 1TB SSD, a quick-start guide, RGB cables, and a sticker with the T-Force logo. I have to admit that the package looks great, and besides the full product description, it suggests that the product inside is exceptional. The SSD is also well-protected.

The SSD itself is spectacular. The whole white surface is transparent enough, so the RGB illumination goes through. On the other hand, without the backlight, it is snow-white what is unique as there are barely any white SSDs on the market. For sure, PC modders will be interested in this SSD model.

One more unique feature is the way how we can connect RGB of our SSD. We can use a USB cable and connect it directly to the motherboard’s USB header, or use a typical 3-pin RGB cable and use it with the motherboard’s 3-pin RGB header.

Below you can see how the Delta MAX SSD looks, connected to the ASUS B550-XE Gaming motherboard. The SSD was also tested with Gigabyte and Biostar motherboards with the Z690 chipset. In all cases, there were no issues.

The Delta MAX SSD will appear in some of our other reviews, so if you want to see more photos of this exceptional SSD, then follow our new articles.

For some users, the most important is the performance so let’s move to the next page to check our results in popular benchmarks.
