Package and Contents
We received the M200 1TB SSD in the retail box, which is quite small but feels high-end. On the package is a short product description, but if we wish for more details or an installation manual, we must visit the TEAMGROUP website. On the other hand, it’s a USB SSD, so it doesn’t require a manual. We simply connect the included USB-C cable, and it’s ready to work.
The only real requirement for optimal performance is a USB-C port with a 20Gbps bandwidth. Not every device has such a port. If we connect it to the older generation USB, then it will still work, but not as fast as the manufacturer declared.
The package includes only the SSD and a USB-C cable. As I mentioned, we won’t need anything else.
The M200 is designed to work with all kinds of modern computers and gaming consoles. We can expect it to perform well on PC, Mac, XBOX, and PS5 consoles. The list of devices that can use USB storage is longer.
We will show you how the M200 SSD performs on the next page of this review.
