Conclusion and Verdict
In conclusion, The Tenda AC15 is a solid pick and does not cost an arm and a leg. A router that achieves these speeds are well over 200 bucks. Now the Tenda AC15 wont blow you away with fancy features and slick looks but I am not in the business of having my router as a focal point.
I just want the router to do the job it was designed to do. The Tenda AC15 is this router. The range is great as long as the other end has a decent reach also. I really don’t like stating how far routers reach because it can truly be bottlenecked by the device on the other end. Trust me the AC has great range. Just keep in mind the 5GHz channel does have a very noticeable shorter range than the 2.4GHz channel.

The Tenda AC15 can be found at Newegg and other various e-tailers for around $99USD.
Pros:
- Excellent speeds
- Easy to use backend
- Power Saving Mode
- 3 external antennas
- PRICE
Cons:
- Power saving mode does not account for daylight savings
- Somewhat on the extreme side of style
Final thoughts:
The Tenda AC15 may not win any beauty contests but gives every router priced double, even three times as much, a run for their money. If you want to look at an AC router look no further because Tenda has made a great product and the Tenda AC15 will definitely not disappoint.
