Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti EAGLE OC ICE Graphics Card Review

Today we will be taking a look at the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti EAGLE OC ICE 16GB Graphics Card. It’s powered by Nvidia’s latest GB206 GPU featuring Blackwell architecture, and comes with a total of 4,608 CUDA cores, 4th Gen RT cores, 5th Gen Tensor cores, as well as supporting supports DLSS4.

This graphics card comes in a all-white aesthetic with dual fans and features a slightly overclocked GPU running at a boost speed of 2.61Ghz (default is 2.57Ghz). It comes with 16GB of GDDR7 Vram on a 128-bit memory bus running at a speed of 28Gbps.

For cooling, it feature’s Gigabyte’s WINDFORCE cooling system which includess Hawk fans that reduces air resistance and noise levels, as well as a Copper plate and Copper composite heatpipe, along with Server-grade Thermal conductive gel.

One of the first thing you’ll notice, is that card supports the shorter PCIE 5.0 x8 interface and comes with a standard PCIE 8-pin power connector, which means you can use your existing power supply without the need for the 12VHPWR 16-pin PCIE 5 power cable.

Video outputs include 3 x DisplayPort 2.1b and 1 x HDMI 2.1b allowing you to display up to 4K @ 480Hz or 8K @ 165Hz with DSC, Gaming VRR, HDR.

According to Nvidia, the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti has a total graphics power (TGP) is around 180W with a  recommend a minimum power of 600W.

The graphics card is fairly compact measuring L=215 x W=122 x H=40 mm and should fit in most cases, and is perfect for mini PCs and desktops. The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti EAGLE OC ICE is a fantastic choice for gaming at 1080p at high refresh rates.

To test the graphics card, we’ll be using our usual test rig which consists of Gigabyte B860 AORUS Elite WiFi7 ICE motherboard , along with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor @ default clock speed, as well as 48GB of Viper Gaming Extreme 5 DDR5-8000 ram.
