Features and Specifications
The only awkward bit about NDA drop day articles is that I can’t copy the information off the Gigabyte.us product page. All of this comes off the box or out of GPUz.

Considering that the GTX680 only has a bit over 1500 shaders, this may be a monster of a card we have here. TDP is not listed anywhere, I’ve read numbers ranging from 150w to 180w.
For cooling we have something quite similar to the Gigabyte 7970 OC, but smaller and with a new feature.
Does a triangle help? I have no idea, we’ll see how the temps look in the testing section.
Naturally this card gets the Ultra-Durable-VGA treatment as well. Some of it is a bit silly to brag about these days in my opinion. I haven’t seen a non-Low RDS(on) MOSFET on a GPU in a long time. Nor an iron core choke (ever, in that case). It’s been a long time since I last saw a normal electrolytic capacitor as well. The 2 oz. PCB does help in certain situations. The Tier 1 memory is totally irrelevant at stock, but in the OCing section we’ll see how it goes. I can only assume they meant “testing” and not “tesying”. I won’t a typo against the card though.
That’s it for features and specs, the box contains nothing more! What we really care about is performance anyway though.
Last for this page, GPUz:
Note that being GDDR5 it has an effective rate of 4x the base rate shown in GPUz.
