At the beginning let’s take a look at general Radeon R7 series specification of three available models: R7 240, R7 250 and R7 260X.
Looking at general specification of AMD R7 series we see that R7 250 is slightly faster version of R7 240. All features remain without notable changes.
HIS R7 250 IceQ Specification
HIS R7 250 iCooler is based on Oland graphics processor the same as previously reviewed R7 240. There are no big changes in specification except higher core and memory clocks and additional streaming processing units ( 384 instead of 320 ).
Power requirements are also similar to R7 240 so 400W power supply will be enough.
