HIS Radeon R7 250 IceQ 1GB GDDR5 is cheap but quite powerful graphics card. It’s not fast enough to play new games in high graphics details but can be good option for less demanding users.
HIS R7 250 is quiet due to used IceQ cooling what is also effective and keeps card at low temperatures.
Price of this card isn’t high and we can find it for about $95 in the online stores like Amazon. It actually looks even better than the R7 240 which is about $15 cheaper but also slower.
Overclocking potential is really good and we can easily set 20% higher clocks for both, core and memory. It can be needed if we wish to play more demanding games.
