MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti ARMOR OC (6GB GDDR6) Graphics Card Review

The Box and Packaging

A Closer Look

The card is fairly compact with just two fans for cooling. It should fit in most cases out there.

One thing I didn’t like is the backplate … it’s made from what seems to be plastic. So a little disappointed there.

The card is powered using just 1 x 8-pin PCIE power cable, which means it should offer lower power consumption. For cooling, MSI have included a large heatsink with heat-pipes and their TORX Fans 2.0, which should provide sufficient cooling for an overclocked GPU.

For connectivity, you get 3 x Displayport and 1 x HDMI port which is more than enough for most users. As this is mid-range graphics card it does not support SLI so there’s no NVLink connector.

Installation

No issues with installation. Using just 1 x 8-pin PCIE power cable, this card should fit most case.
