Testing : Unigin DirectX 11 Benchmarks

Unigine Heaven 4.0

First DX11 benchmark is Unigine Heaven in new 4.0 version. I set Extreme preset which is running in 1600×900 screen resolution and Anti Aliasing x8.

I also runned the same benchmark at maximum possible image quality settings including tessellation and Full HD screen resolution ( 1920×1080).

Good that current games are not so intense as it would be really hard to have fun from playing them. FPS is dropping below 20 from time to time with average about 30FPS for both tests.

Overall experience is still not that bad as not many cards can reach this score.

Unigine Valley 1.0

Next test is also from Unigine team. Valley 1.0 is new benchmark which is using all available features of DirectX 11.

FPS scalling is similar to Heaven but average FPS are higher. It doesn’t change fact that FPS are often dropping to 20 or lower.

This benchmark looks really nice but we will have to wait some time till we see more games with such graphics. Probably then we will also see some optimisations that let to achieve higher FPS.
