Test Rig
For our tests, we used a new test rig which is comprised of a ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 7 Motherboard, along with an Intel Core i7-8700K at default clock speed of 4.7GHz, as well as 16GB of DDR4-3600 ram in dual channel mode.
All tests were conducted at default clock speeds at a resolution of 1920×1080. High or Ultra settings enabled.

GPU-Z Information
Firestorm Software
The Firestorm software allows users to fine tune and monitor your graphics card including fan speeds, Spectra Lighting, GPU and memory clocks as well as voltages and temperatures.
You can also use the Firestorm software to overclock your card even further, but be warned … please be very careful. Any overclocking is done at your own risk.
Load Temperatures
Load temperatures reached a high of 72 degrees Celsius. It’s a pretty high, but I was expecting that, especially when the power consumption of the card can reach up to 175W. Having saidi that, there’s nothing to worry about as Zotac’s ICE STORM 2.0 cooling solution along with the large dual fans can easily handle the high temperature with no issues.
PassMark – Performance Test 9.0 (3D Test)
Test the speed of your 3D video card by selecting from options such as fogging, lighting, alpha blending, wire frame, texturing, resolution, color depth, object rotation and object displacement. Separate tests for DirectX 9,10,11 & 12. With support for 4K resolution.
Something not quite right here … we shall revisit this test again.
